The most rustic of this traditional speciality, with a full flavour. They're versatile in the kitchen and can be ready in just a few minutes, however you like them: after moistening them you can add tuna, capers and olives, sprinkle over some fresh mozzarella, or with grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes or a thousand other different ways.
