Classic Tomino

Tomino with a delicate milky taste and a distinctive bloomy rind created by drizzling salt solution over the curd. It contains less than 20% salt compared to other types of similar products, but has all the flavour you'd expect. Made using only Italian milk, it can be cooked on the grill, in a pan, in the oven or in the microwave.
