These sweet and crisp handmade pastries are the result of a long-standing tradition in Sicilian pastry-making, always respectful of the land they come from and the ingredients used: Sicilian Pistachios and Almonds, totalling 40% of the (short) list of ingredients: sugar, sunflower oil, honey, cream and little else.
