Scottish Smoked Salmon

Only the most prestigious part of the salmon that is never frozen is used, sliced lengthways and processed in Italy. The flavour is balanced and distinctive, thanks to the slow cold smoking with beech wood. Perfect to look at, with no brown fat. It's salted by hand with sea salt.
