Our Mezzelune with lemon and prawns and Triangoli with porcini mushrooms and truffle are two special recipes that evoke good taste and sophistication.
Two select ingredients for each recipe that bring out the best properties in each other: the delicacy of prawn meat is paired with lemon, with fresh and citrusy aromatic results. The porcini mushrooms and truffle balance the bold notes of truffle with the sweetly aromatic notes of mushrooms.
One recipe evokes the treasures of the land: the flavours of the woods, and the riches of the earth. In the other the freshness of the sea and the power of the sun release a burst of summer.
Ingredients that are so precious have to be held in a pasta casing that is just as special, made with 28.5% egg (in just the pasta) from exclusively free-range hens, as a mark of quality in the food production chain, and for the best culinary results.
A slender, porous, flexible layer of pasta is essential to hold in all the richness of the filling as it cooks, and to enjoy its flavour to the full with every bite.

Fresh EGG pasta (45%): soft WHEAT flour, barn EGGS 28,5%, durum WHEAT semolina. May contain SOYBEANS.
